Can I order by e-mail?

we are of course at your disposal to help you place your order by email. Please note that some payment methods are not available for orders placed by emails 

Why have I not received an order confirmation by e-mail?

All completed orders are confirmed by e-mail. If you have not received any e-mail after a few minutes, it is likely a technical problem or e-mail address. Please get closer to our customer service.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not arrived to print, it is possible to cancel it. Please send us an e-mail with your order number.

What is the procedure if I have a claim?


Product defects or printing errors should be reported to us, preferably in writing. Please describe the defects, if possible by attaching photos. Defective products will be replaced immediately and free of charge.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer payment methods by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), PayPal.


What are the delivery times?

As a general rule, shipping takes 2 to 3 days and delivery times from 8 to 15 working days.

How do I check the status of the delivery?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a shipping number. This will allow you to track the status of your delivery at any time.

What can I do if the product arrives damaged?

Please check at the reception that the product has not damaged during transport. Transport benefits from good insurance and your product will be replaced. Please contact us as soon as possible.
